  2. Good day, I am doing horticulture work during the day which is physical and I gym 3 x per week, I am fit sober habits 65 years old. Did special training in the Army, played rugby for many years and grow up on a forestry farm which involve hard physical work.

    I start getting pain on my chestbone in the collerbone bone area, when I stop it goes away quickly. This went on for a few years. One day after a good workout the pain was more severe the next day when using my arms to pick up equipment and when walking not always certain times. The pharmist gave me Coxflam to drink with panado, it stop the pain and I continue working and walk without pain. When I am not active there is no pain.

    What sports supplement can I use to remove pain or heal it. BCAA, Slow Mag etc.
